GPM is a Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae approved repair contractor in Connecticut. We provide services in Connecticut, Rhode Island and parts of Massachusetts and New York.

Every month, GPM is involved in property inspections of some 400-500 properties.  If the property has been vacated, we secure it properly according to location and condition.  At the same time, we check all mechanicals and take appropriate action to preserve the property and contents.

We provide brokers at time of initial services a lock box and a full set of photos.
